Located in the heart of historic downtown LaGrange, the Del’avant Event Center is the perfect space for a wedding and/or reception. Most of our weddings use the entire facility, which is over 8,000 square feet divided into three different rooms. The Kress Ballroom is the most popular spot for the band, dance floor, guest tables and food. The 4,300 square foot room has beautiful heart pine floors, floor to ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, 20 foot original tin ceilings, and the natural charm of a building from the 1920’s. McLellan Parlor is connected to the ballroom and is the perfect location for the wedding ceremony. The 2,000 square foot room can be transformed into a church like setting with up to 300 chairs, a carpeted isle and a beautiful curtained back drop or it can be used as most space for the guest. Our fourth floor has a chic rooftop garden with a 2,300 square foot outdoor space with beautiful trees and a fountain that overlooks downtown LaGrange.
